EPC Project

An integrated powder line connects material feeding, processing, separation, conveying and packaging. EPC planning coordinates equipment interfaces, site conditions, controls and the agreed installation and handover scope.

Evidence markerProcess and layout coordination

A new line starts from the required product and feed characteristics. The process may include dosing, mixing, grinding, classification, screening, magnetic separation, collection and packaging as needed.

Engineering notes describe the process and evaluation requirements. Project-specific supply boundaries and acceptance results are established in the agreed technical documentation.

Evidence markerEquipment and control interfaces

A retrofit also requires an assessment of existing equipment capacity, layout, utilities and control interfaces. New and retained equipment must be assigned clear responsibilities and acceptance boundaries.

Evidence markerCommissioning and handover planning

Agree the material and test conditions, sampling plan and acceptance criteria before commissioning. Mechanical completion and product-quality acceptance are separate milestones.

Process and delivery sequence
  1. Define feed, product, capacity and site requirements.
  2. Agree the process flow, equipment list, layout and supply boundaries.
  3. Manufacture and inspect equipment; prepare interfaces and installation documentation.
  4. Complete installation, commissioning, training and the agreed acceptance and handover procedure.
